Part of ensuring you are successful is ongoing monitoring, reporting and optimization. We send out a weekly report with useful updates on sales, product health and other key metrics. We also like having regular meetings, generally every 2 weeks. We’re also available for business strategy sessions as you launch new products, decommission older products and look to deploy marketing strategy onto the Amazon.com platform. Ensure that you’re prepared for Amazon promotions such as Prime Day or Cyber Monday well in advance with thoughtful planning and execution.
